- Tracking arrives by email as soon as Royal Mail scans the parcel at the depot.
Ireland & EU
We ship to Republic of Ireland for £9.99 flat (or free over £80). EU customers should email us first — we'll quote post-Brexit duties separately so there are no surprises at customs.

Lost or damaged
If Royal Mail damages the parcel despite our packing, take a photo of the box and the contents and email [email protected]. We'll raise the claim with Royal Mail and ship a replacement.
