How to return
- Email us first at [email protected] with the order ref. We reply with the RMA number and the return address. Saves you a label.
- Pack it sensibly — cardboard envelope or padded mailer, original cover/manual where you got it. Include the bench-stamped packing note inside.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is what we use; any tracked service works. Keep the receipt — proof of posting protects you.
- Refund clears in 14 days max once we receive the parcel. Usually 2–4 working days.

Who pays return shipping
Faulty — we cover. Once you send proof of posting (receipt photo), we refund the postage with the order. Change of mind — you cover. Standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 is around £4.99.
Not covered
- Console plastic yellowing (cosmetic, called out on listing)
- Save-battery decline after 6+ months of use
- Customer-caused damage (dropped controller, snapped cartridge tab)
- Sealed digital codes once scratched off
Statutory cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
