No blind lots
Stock comes from three places: closing collections from hardcore players who are done, trade-ins from customers upgrading formats, and targeted buys from Japanese import specialists we've worked with since 2021.
We don't buy blind lots. We don't list disc-only unless it says so. If a copy fails the 30-minute hardware test — framerate drops, save corruption, disc read errors — it goes in the bin, not on the shelf.
